Responsibilities:
- Creating a warm and welcoming environment for members and their guests from the moment they enter the establishment. Making sure that they feel welcomed, cared for, and valued.
- Serve food and beverages to guests
- Explain to guests about menu items and daily specials
- Serve large parties in private party settings
- Clean and prepare the dining areas
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion
- Perform other restaurant duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, food service, or other related fields
- Understanding of a computerized Point of Sale
- Positive attitude and team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with guests
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

The Grand Island Saddle Club, central Nebraska’s premier supper club, is looking for an enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. A great bartender at the Grand Island Saddle Club will be able to create classic and innovative drinks that exceed customers’ needs and expectations. Compensation includes hourly pay and tips.
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders, and make drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Plan and present bar menu
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Skills:
- Knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Ability to operate computerized POS system, make change and accurately conduct credit card transactions

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Being welcoming and polite to our guests and fulfilling their requests for cuts of meat.
- Work with management and service staff to maintain service efficiency and ensuring total guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:

The Grand Island Saddle Club, central Nebraska’s premier supper club, is hiring for front of the house staff that possess a drive to exceed our member’s expectations, a sense of urgency and has a flexible availability.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Creating a warm and welcoming environment for members and their guests from the moment they enter the establishment. Making sure that they feel welcomed, cared for, and valued.
- Greet members and their guests and assign them to a table in accordance with the server rotation.
- Answer all phone calls in a timely manner.
- Package and closing out all to-go orders.
- Follow and complete daily checklist of opening, closing, and cleaning duties.
- Work with management and service staff to maintain service efficiency and ensuring total guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Past host/hostess experience is helpful, but not a deal breaker, * so go ahead and apply!*
- OpenTable software is used for reservations and table assignments so computer literacy is plus – will train you on the software.

The ideal candidate will be able to work both independently and well in a team, have strong communication skills and be hardworking and reliable.
Responsibilities:
- Operates an industrial dishwasher
- Wash dishes, sweep/mop floors, clean and maintain equipment, sanitize utensils and maintain all areas of the restaurant
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment or utensils in clean and orderly conditions.
- Clean food preparation areas, facilities or equipment
- Execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
- Provide assistance to kitchen staff as needed, especially during peak times, including basic prep
- Perform opening, closing and side work
- Clean up spills or broken glassware immediately
- Perform other restaurant duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- No experience necessary, will train.
- Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with team members
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team work environment

The ideal candidate will be able to work both independently and well in a team, have strong communication skills and be hardworking and reliable.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
- Restock items as needed throughout the shift
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
- Perform opening, closing and side work
- Perform other restaurant duties as assigned
